• I agree. We are no where near hyperinflation. We have tripled the money supply in just a few years, so I guess that 100k home will cost you 300k, and your 5 dollar combo meal will cost 10-15. $8 gas sounds feasible.

  it’s logical to expect that inflation should spread to wages, but probably not for the poor.

• Can someone define hyperinflation? Does it have to be Zimbabwe or Germany, etc? Or can it be a lot of inflation, but not necessarily a huge sprialing fall?
  Cuz I can see, for example, $8/gallon gas of gasoline. Or $20 for a combo meal at the fast food joint–those would still mean a tremendous inflation rate.
  But it’s hard for me to see this “wheelbarrow for a loaf of bread” scenario.
